The NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) provides eligible Australians with disability with funding for supports and services - helping them reach their goals, live more independently, and take part in community life. You choose your own providers and control how your funding is spent.
Contact the NDIA directly or reach out to us and we will walk you through the eligibility check and access request process. You will need evidence of your disability and how it affects your daily life. We can help you gather what is needed.
Yes. Every support worker holds a current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, Working with Children Check, and police check. All workers complete training in safeguarding, manual handling, and first aid before their first shift.
Absolutely. We introduce you to workers who match your needs, communication style, and cultural background. You always have the final say - and if the match is not right, we find someone who is.
We are based in Hillside and support participants across Melbourne's north-west - including Caroline Springs, Taylors Lakes, Melton, Werribee, Point Cook, and surrounding areas. Contact us to confirm availability in your suburb.
We handle all NDIS claiming directly through the portal on your behalf. We follow NDIS price limits - no hidden fees, no surprises. Whether you are plan-managed, self-managed, or NDIA-managed, we work with your arrangement.
