How We Started

A gap in the system became our mission.

Access Solutions Care was established to close a gap that too many participants still fall through - quality, person-centred disability support that treats people as individuals, not cases.

From our first participants in Melbourne's north-west, we built something different: a provider rooted in community, accountable to the people we serve, and genuinely focused on making the NDIS work the way it was designed to.

What started as a focused local service has grown into a trusted organisation supporting hundreds of participants across Victoria. What has never changed is the standard we hold ourselves to: show up consistently, listen properly, and always put the participant first.

We still approach every participant with the same care, consistency, and genuine commitment we always have.

We never compromise on consistency. Participants get the same support workers week in, week out. We invest in our team, pay above award rates, and prioritise cultural fit over just filling shifts. Our approach is built on relationships, not rosters.

Do you support participants across all of Victoria?

Yes. We currently operate throughout metropolitan Melbourne and regional Victoria. Our teams travel to support participants wherever they are, ensuring no one misses out on quality care because of their location.
