Who It Is For
Is Support Coordination right for you?
If any of these describe your situation, Support Coordination could make a real difference in how you experience the NDIS.
New to the NDIS
Your first plan feels overwhelming. You need someone to explain it in plain English and help you take the first steps.
Going through change
Your situation has shifted - moving homes, changing health needs, or aging out of school supports. You need someone to help you adapt.
Managing multiple providers
You have several support workers, therapists, and services. Coordinating them all takes time and energy you do not have.
Complex or high needs
Your situation involves multiple systems - health, housing, justice, child protection. You need a specialist coordinator who can navigate complexity.

No. If Support Coordination is funded in your NDIS plan, the cost is covered by the NDIS at the price limits set by the NDIA. There are no gap fees or out-of-pocket costs for participants.
Level 2 (Coordination of Supports) helps most participants implement their plan, connect with providers, and build capacity. Level 3 (Specialist Support Coordination) is for participants with complex needs - involving mental health, housing instability, justice involvement, or multiple service systems. Specialist coordinators hold allied health qualifications.
Support Coordination is typically funded for 12 months alongside your plan. At your plan review, you can request ongoing funding if you still need help coordinating supports. The goal is to build your skills so you eventually manage your own supports.
Yes. You have the right to choose your providers under the NDIS. If your current coordinator is not the right fit, you can switch to us at any time with no penalties. We make the transition smooth and seamless.
